Do I need to stay online to access Fluency Now?

No, Fluency Now is a desktop application and is installed directly on your computer. An Internet connection is required for first-time registration. When using a subscription-based plan, Fluency Now® will attempt to validate your subscription every 15 days. No customer information is ever accessed or shared during the validation process.

Do I need to be online to use Fluency Backup?

Yes, Fluency Backup is installed directly on your computer and monitors the files you specify for cloud-based backup. All content is encrypted on your computer using 256bit AES encryption before being sent to our secure servers (where it stays encrypted). Any files modified by you on your computer are updated according to the schedule you determine.
