Fluency TM & Term Server or Fluency Collaboration Updates

To update your Fluency Server product, please follow the instructions below:

1. As needed, notify users that the service will be unavailable during the update
2. Download the most recent version of the server product (above)
3. Unzip/Extract the downloaded file
4. On your server, go to Start > Run > and type in services.msc and click Enter
5. Locate and select the service to be updated and click on the Stop button
6. Copy and paste the extracted files (from step 3.) into the installation path of the given server, overwriting the existing files. Do NOT remove or delete your existing files.
7. Return to the Services dialog (step 4) and Start the service

FluencyFlow Updates

To update your FluencyFlow, please follow the instructions below:

1. As needed, notify users that the service will be unavailable during the update
2. Download the most recent version of the server product from the link provided via email
3. Unzip/Extract the downloaded file
4. Copy and paste the extracted files into the website path (default: c:\inetpub\wwwroot\FluencyFlow), overwriting the existing files. Do NOT remove or delete your existing files.
5. *Note, in some cases you will need to restart the website from within IIS before changes are made visible
